I Headcanon that Kai's disaster ass sucks at communicating in relationships. So when he and Rei start dating,he just stands and stares at Rei whenever he wants attention. (And Rei obliges cause he's an understanding,good lil experienced kitty.)

Here's a lil (somehow not so quick)doodle of the two. The disaster gay and functional bi. I love them.

I like to think Rei is taller than the two,for good measure.

Also I tweaked their design. I planned to draw their usual design but my brain said "Screw it,we ball." And I ended up with this.

Sometimes, it's so baffling to see people from the beyfandom being in their 30s with a kid or two. I admire the dedication and the connection. You've been interconnected with a thing you loved back when you were a child for so long that it's basically a part of who you are? It's such a bittersweet sentiment. But it also comes with this stinging feeling that maybe you joined something a bit too late. I was almost 10 when I got into beyblade, and now I'm in my teens. It would soon be beyblade's 7th anniversary for me.

Life sure is strange.
