does cb ever notice fresh looking different right after he switches to a new host (or when his current host is close to dying).

also, more generally, how does cb react to fresh being a parasite (if or when he ever finds out)

I think he Does notice some strange things, but he's so blinded by [That's my best friend!] he just... ignores most things. A lot of the main story is just CB slowly noticing more and more weird things and trying to be normal before eventually blowing up about it. For the parasite thing... well, CB's a weird kid, he thinks its soooo cool. He finds out sometime post canon, when he's back with his family and Fresh n his friendship is all wonky for a bit.

After really looking at CB's family's morals, Fresh decides they're a buncha freaks who care more about each other than anything else, so he reveals he's a parasite, in an effort to seem more trustworthy by spilling the rest of his secrets. endears CB, not so much the rest of his family HAHA
