A commission for my friend Kaitax as a gift/surprise for our mutual friend Edritch, who came over to visit him this summer! It's been done for a while now but I had to wait on posting it to not ruin the surprise. Cat's outta the bag now though so... finally I'm free!

This was done for Kaitax and Edritch, as a belated birthday gift for Kaitax, commissioned by Raven! ...finished back in September, but it's a nice warm mood for the holiday season, too!

Waves - Birthday Gift for Kaitax

Most important: HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAITAX!!! For once I manage to draw a birthday gift on time ;-; I literally just was notified it was his birthday this morning and I sketched this throughout my classes and finished it when I was home after 3/4 long hours of digital work. But yeah, happy b-day Kai and I really hope you like this <3 Put a lot of heart and soul into it! --- Whew, I did NOT expect this to come out as it did! Damn! I'm proud of this  Though there are things that bug me, as always. Lately I've been putting hard practice into anatomy and lighting. Both are really starting to shine here, I think! I hope! I really hope! This is Kaitax jumping out of the ocean like a majestic seabird! ~~~ Kaitax © himself Art © me!
