{ I’m way late on answering this, but I’m also a little glad because now I can use it as a way to tell you that you’ve renewed my old love for the Naruto series.

To be honest, I first followed your Naruto blog just because I wanted to follow you rather than your muse. The Naruto ending left me with a bitter feeling in my heart and I was never able to revisit the story or its fandom since then. I kind of just… ignored it? That time avoiding it was the space I needed to move on from those bitter feelings though. I don’t think I can ever be ‘happy’ with the path the story took, but I’ve come to realize that what’s going on in canon now doesn’t matter. I invested so many years into these beloved characters and I don’t have to let some canon things ruin it all for me anymore. Due to my renewed love and desire to find closure, I’ve begun working on a little art project I’m planning on titling “My Ending”. I don’t know if I’ll ever complete it because it’s quite a bit of work, but I’m so excited to start on it!

Btw the fact that you ship Narusaku?? Pls love me???? I’m so looking forward to reading your rps with your Sakura omg ♥

SO YEH, I just wanted to thank you for that. You may not have done anything intentionally, but it was your Naruto that made me start thinking about the series again. I’ve been rewatching scenes on youtube, listening to the soundtrack, and I’m even tempted to make a Naruto verse for Akane :’)

the ship or what i said?

Because I have nothing against the ship as long as people don’t slap the ‘’healthy’’ stamp on it, which I’ve seen far too much.

I’m the first to ship problematic stuff (DoflaCroc, CrocRobin, CrocVivi) but I also understand that they are not healthy relationships at all. I just don’t want people to romanticize or reduce the abuse Viola had to face. I mean, he killed her sister (Rebecca’s mom), imprisoned her father (the king) and she had to agree to work for him/change her identity unless she wanted to die?

doesn’t sound like a healthy, unabusive relationship to me. And it wouldn,t be the first time he pulled that card since he literally did the same for Crocodile and Robin.
