Like WTF? No one ever said anything about having the right to disrespect anyone? This bs here pisses me off. I thought we were having an awesome discussion with different opinions. Then this?!?! I would NEVER disrespect Dawson's mother! She's actually my best friend now! This is such a load of horseshit. I'm out. So much for mature discussions smh

She wasn’t talking about you disrespecting anyone. She was talking about Felicity and Oliver’s situation and how if he had told her he would have been disrespecting Samantha’s decision/request regarding her own son. No one was being immature. I think maybe you should stop inserting yourself into Oliver and Felicity’s relationship because you seem to get a little heated/confused when we mention them and think we’re talking about you and your relationship... But I hope this cleared it up :)

Oliver could have easily filed for and been given joint custody.

But that wouldn’t have been in the best interest of the child. And with the life he leads, he would have lost. He’s a vigilante who kills people (and enjoyed it). William is safer with Samantha, and Oliver knows that -- this was his only chance to get to meet his son and form a relationship. I don’t judge him for taking it and honouring the agreements.

Also his ex refused to let me meet Dawson. That was her stipulation. She wanted me to have nothing to do with him. My husband put his foot down and said NO. He is just as much his son as hers.

I really don’t want to talk about your situation because I don’t know it, and don’t want to talk about it like I do know it. I’ll only talk about the situation on the show between Oliver and Felicity, and their situation.

One thing is threats and the other is actually do it. Plus, he’s a villain, just because he says there are lines he won’t cross it doesn’t mean if he needs to he won’t cross them. His problem with Anarchy was that he actually kidnapped the daughter of the woman. 

If I were you, I wouldn’t hold onto stuff like hair color, etc cause Arrow is already problematic into following important continuity, something as superfluous as color of hair will be ignored if they want DD to be Felicity’s father. For now, there isn’t any solid evidence that invalidates DD as Felicity’s father theory, but let’s see.

I didn't know if there was anything like this out there. I know there's a lot of similar soul-mate/soul mark stories in the Sterek fandom, but I wasn't sure about Olicity.
