I dunno had some idea regarding Anti hero! Kakashi meeting with Tobito in some strange dimensional overlap or something. Tobito ofcourse finds it amusing.

Meanwhile in Konoha we have a Mildy Pissed and confused Hokage!Obito with a desperate clingy Kakashi on one leg.

Kakashi knows this Obito isn’t really Obito. He knows this, and it hurts to still be the only surviving member of Team Minato, in a weird, roundabout way.

Obito died at Kannabi.

Obito also survived Kannabi.

Obito isn’t Obito anymore, and yet he is - everything Kakashi remembers of the 13 year old kid who died in his stead, every little habit, every single thing that made Obito Obito -

Everything is the same.

Obito arrives late on the training grounds, later even than Kakashi’s calculated habit, and every excuse he gives is one Kakashi is already familiar with - a grandma was carrying some heavy bags and there was no way Obito could just leave her, there was a black cat on the way and while avoiding it Obito got lost, Gai was doing handstands and Obito needed to ask some tips on taijutsu and lost track of the time, there was a crying child who lost her mom and -

And Kakashi would want nothing more than lose himself in the memories and pretend Obito really is alive - but the scars Obito bears, the missing arm and uneven steps, the scars Kakashi could’ve very well inflicted himself for all the difference it would make, the scars won’t let him forget.

Obito isn’t Obito.

Kakashi wishes he were.

I wasn’t really planning anything for kakaobi week but here’s this as a cool-down sketch for the night and it fit for day 3;;; I’ve always loved the idea of Kakashi being Sukea and Tobi deciding to latch onto him cause he’s cute;;

They’re on a ‘date’ and Kakashi’s can’t help but be amused by Tobi’s wild anecdotes
