reignited my love affair with the exercise everyone hates (running) about 6 weeks ago

back up to 6~miles/10k, cool cool,

last weekish, for fun, i tried to run a mile as fast as I could and something throughout my entire leg snapped (a ligament? scar tissue? an evil miasma?) and my lingering post-surgery leg stiffness/pain for the past 4+ years immediately released. also the opposing shoulder now hurts less too, for sexy balance reasons I guess.

whatever helps to draw freaks smooching for your viewing pleasure 🙂‍↕️
