The new, correctly assembled flextangle! With the messed up one I somehow made completely the wrong shape???? Idk how I did that it’s the same number of diamond shaped pieces of fabric idk how I messed it up that badly lol

My coworkers favorite colors are “yellow and anything bright” so this is what I went with

Cross posted because I’m proud of how this kaleidocycle turned out.

I created 24 triangles using a flat peyote stitch, then brought them together using a flower face join.

It needs some more finishing beads, but honestly, I think I’m going to leave it the way it is. It took an embarrassing amount of hours, but it did help me take it easy per doctors orders.

The website offers a template for free, which I of course downloaded, and after I watched their video tutorial I realised how easy it actually was to assemble. A very fun little toy, I’ve tried once with the already decorated template. But will print the empty one, so I can decorate it myself and try again 😋
