How about Nyx and Kali?
I'm just gonna do the first 5, since otherwise, the post would end up getting super long :P

How did they first meet?: Nyx was in need of more people on her team. She was probably searching for a worthy candidate, sensed the negative feelings that Kali was giving off, and tracked her down. When she found Kali, the interaction was super tense and they probably fought, since Kali is confrontational sometimes, but eventually, she accepted the offer to work for Nyx
Who felt romantic feelings first?: As much as it'd embarrass her to admit, it was Nyx. Because honestly,, there's a badass, mysterious lady right there in front of her, who's stoic and seems cold and uncaring but actually isn't, she's pretty, AND she kicks ass. What's not to fall for?
Did either of them try to resist their feelings?: They both did. Kali resisted because she thought those feelings would make her weak, and then Nyx resisted because she's literally Nightmare's daughter. She's trying to live up to her father's reputation, so catching feelings (to her) was completely unheard of
Who initiated their feelings first?: They both gave very subtle hints here and there, but it was probably Kali, in the end. She had to march into Nyx's office without knocking, planted her hands on the desk, then leaned down to be eye level with Nyx to very bluntly tell her what was up. She was more intense about it than she needed to be, but eh. It worked, so it doesn't really matter how intense she was
Who said "I love you" first?: Nyx. She's stubborn and prideful, sure, but probably nowhere near as stubborn and prideful as Kali. It likely happened when she asked Kali to accompany her to some random AU, after she made sure they were alone and wouldn't be interrupted. Because if anyone else heard her say such things, she'd probably wanna die of embarrassment
