Living in Hell
I was particularly interested in the idea of a "yuga" (era) consisting of four cyclical periods. And it's the length of each span.

Simply put, the four periods are the Satya Yuga (the heavenly age), the Treta Yuga (a slightly less heavenly age), the Dvapara Yuga (a much less heavenly age), and finally the Kali Yuga (the Age of Hell).
And now we are in that 'Season 4', the Kali Yuga, which means we are born in hell and living in hell.
The hell we live in will last 432,000 years, far longer than our lifespan, until the 10th incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Kalki, brings it to an end.
Currently, the Kali Yuga is only a little over 5,000 years old after it was entered, and that's just the beginning. We have a long way to go. In the meantime, it has been documented that the deterioration of the level of hell is set to accelerate:

Okay, that makes sense. After reading this, my doubts have been played out, it's out of the question.
I think we should get a clearer picture of the fact that we are living in hell. Then there would be no needless despair and life would be all about fun.
Even if we are born in hell and live in hell, it is indeed a blessing to be able to still be dissipated in a mild nightmare, to be grateful that the sun rises every day.

地獄に生きる
私が特に興味深かったのは、循環する4つの時期からなる「ユガ（時代）」の考えについてだ。そして、それぞれのスパンの長さだ。

簡単に言えば、4つの時期とは、サティヤ・ユガ (天国の時代)、トレーター・ユガ (少しだけ天国に劣る時代)、ドヴァーパラ・ユガ (大分天国に劣る時代)、そして最後にカリ・ユガ (地獄の時代)である。
そして現在、私たちはその’第４期‘のカリ・ユガ、つまり地獄に生まれ、地獄を生きていることになる。
我らが生きる地獄は、 ヴィシュヌ神の１０番目の化身カルキが終結させるまで、我らが寿命を遥かに上回る432000年続く。
現在、カリ・ユガは突入して5000年強とは、まだほんの序の口だ。この先は長い。その間、地獄度の悪化は加速を遂げることになると記録されている：

私たちは自分が地獄を生きている事実をもっと明確に把握するべきだと思う。そうすれば、無駄な絶望はなくなり、人生は楽しいことばかりだ。
地獄に生まれ、地獄に生きるとしても、まだ軽度な悪夢の内に散っていける事、毎日太陽が昇ることだけでもありがたく思えるのは、実に幸せな事なのだ。
