Medal Tuesday (ooooops, sorry for the delay) and showing off my 10k medal. Chaffed with my time as it was only the 3rd time I came in under 47’. The best thing was that I felt really great and was running strong to the finish, even though that part was slightly uphill. Met with some other fellow runners too, which made it all that much more fun. Then enjoyed the sunshine with friends and family.
