The community is committed to aiding young talents embarking on their career journeys, professionals seeking to transition into Salesforce roles, and mothers reentering the workforce after childcare breaks. In addition to one-on-one mentoring services, Kam’s Tech Talk launched various social channels in March 2021 to broaden its reach and impact. One of the significant initiatives of Kam’s Tech Talk is its involvement in mentoring individuals in prison, aimed at reducing re-offending rates and facilitating positive life changes. Volunteer mentors are crucial to this program, dedicating half a day per week to support and guide individuals towards a brighter future.
