When I peeped out of my tent... Climbing for a positive Reason...series#kanchedzonga Early morning around 12:30am moved out of the tent at lamuney point, and sight was worth a pleasant surprise, sky was clear and stars were twinkling alarm to move on for Goechala Trek. Normally it takes around 3hrs to reach Goechala from lamuney, to few it may take more or even less. Now this trek is quite steep and here you will certainly face the high altitude sickness if you are not use to it. But now it is time to regain your energy by keeping calm, being positive, breathing slowly, walking not too fast, without resting have to be consistent. Divyabh also felt bit restless over here and was losing patience because time was passing and yet long way to achieve first sun rays, on the other hand Aditi Nandan was comparatively ohk but still was not quite comfortable. Somehow I was in same speed. I had one thing in mind, I have to reach by 5:00am any how, because first sun rays was important otherwise all effort would go waste. Somehow gathered strength to bring more courage and energy and enthusiasm by singing songs, "Kadam Kadam Badhaye ja" "Chal chala chal fakira chal chala chal" and so on and again Divyabh, Guide was first to reach , me and Aditi Second. Now everything turned upside down for me…There was still time for sunrise but my first view towards Kanchedzonga Peak was scary more than surprise, really…I could see black rocks and small tunnel opening on the opposite side of Base camp. At first glance I thought what is all this, I came to see this all the way from past so many days. And kept walking towards the view point walking on those big black rocks. But within 5minutes everything changed first sun rays and Kanchendzonga was glooming Gold at it's tip and kept glooming for next half an hr. Oh god those selfies, those snap shots. All the climbers got so excited and positive vibes started rolling all over in the freezing air.
