Andreil are mates : both are wolves or maybe one is a witch.
They both have Kevin as tether : Neil because Kevin is the one who was supposed to live for them both, Andrew because he's the first to believe in him (re: their deal). Maybe Andrew was slipping to omega and Kevin brought him back.
Kevin : has either his dead mama as tether or exy
It's just all the right vibes of inextricable codependency for the three of them. Kevin can haunt their romance to his heart content without being really part of it, but also you can't dislodge him.
Also you can pry loser boy Kevin from my cold dead hands! He needs to be a little pathetic, it's in his DNA. I don't make the rules.
