I cast Gifts Ungiven to grab Hedron Alignment as my only card to put it in my graveyard. My opponent used Pyxis to exile a card face-down a few turns ago and I realize that it was a Hedron Alignment since there are none in my deck, I have one in play and another already in my hand. Am I able to win during my upkeep still?

Sadly no.

The exiled Hedron Alignment is exiled face down, so it has no characteristics at that time. That means it’s not named Hedron Alignment (or anything else) and the trigger won’t see it.

I play in a box league and was wondering why green can't get rid of enchantments in Amonkhet? Is this the start of a veering away from that and green will come down harder on artifacts? I would even settle for something that hit non-creature permanents right now as enchantments are stronger than usual in this set and white is the only reliable way to deal with them. This has caused it to be spread very thin between all the players.

The card was changed very late in development to make it a more constructed card. We are not moving green away from enchantment destruction.

RE: Cycling/Discard redundancy on cards - I understand that having both on there opens them up to playing them with non-cycling cards, but with the amount of cards that already have cycling, do the cards really change that much if they only triggered off of cycling? Does the Demon really need to have the chance to pair with Wild Mongrel at a kitchen table to wipe everything away at the cost of this supposed confusion?

The change was made because it lessened confusion.

And we want the functionality of interacting with discard as that's a major theme in Standard.

Now that we have punch-out perforations on tokens, does this mean we are one step closer to the pull tab creatures from Unglued 2?

In RE: Modern Supplemental Reprints - Instead of any standard set since 8th edition, it could be any card with its first printing after 8th edition. The messaging idea doesn't hold as well as it might have when you introduce cards like Flame Lash that are legal in standard but were not technically printed in a standard set. They just happen to have a standard symbol, but can only be obtained in one specific deck. Could you introduce one supplemental set during each B/R announcement?

But we don't do the testing to have every new card in any supplemental set be Modern legal.
