okay I've got a theory/ramble about why Aaron and Andrew's deal fell apart so much, and it's because the level of protection they were thinking about was so very different. Andrew was basically the only thing standing in between Kevin and the fucking mafia, and at no point is it implied that this was a lot to ask of him. Andrew came into this fully prepared to fight anyone with any amount of power to keep his end of the deal.
