MISCHIEF GODS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM
So, after a (brief) stay of absence, it appears that the city is more or less restored to working order. Naturally, that means our favorite (and most handsome) God of Mischief has but the city as his oyster for his--well, let’s say mostly good natured--plots and scheming. Of interest are:
Surely it’s no surprise to anyone that you can find Loki here. In earnest, he’s actually rather well acquainted with the modern, even proto-futuristic stylings of the Golden Ward from having been based in Midgard’s Manhattan since a... rough patch that may or may not have led to an indefinite banishment from Asgard proper. (It’s a tragic story. He should tell you it sometime, maybe after a few rounds at the alcohol parlor.) Nevertheless, out of all the gods hailing from his own slice of the multiverse, Loki is likely the most worldly and well adapted to modern life.
Just don’t ask for whether or not he has the faintest idea for who his roommates are.

If Loki hasn’t been banned yet on the basis of ‘cheating’ (to which he insists is nothing more than having a good eye on winning, mind), he will be. Very soon. Until then, you can find him hoarding pots much to the dismay of everyone else at any given game table.
And hither, the alcohol parlor where Loki doth spill the tragedies of his history while hunched beside the bar counter and having harassed the bartender for another keg of mead. It should be mentioned that when he isn’t being a walking, (or, hobbling) sob story when drunk, Loki is instead rather fun and playful... more so than usual for “fun and playful”.
“A creation story in which two halves make the ultimate whole? I swear, I must’ve heard this before, somewhere... Oh well. Let them worship their other gods as this god remains a healthy skeptic.”
While Loki hasn’t necessarily forged the connections needed yet to wedge himself into access of Floor 250, it’s by and large a goal of his for Loki considers himself worthy of being ‘in the know’; they say knowledge is power, after all, and this particular God of Mischief wants to wield it best in an unknown city manned on top of an unknown dimension.
With that in mind, Loki sleazing his way up to High Roller status can be found doing just that in Level 4′s tiers of floors. He can’t resist the temptation of getting fingers into as many pies as possible, be it through above board meetings or negotiations of a far seedier variety. Call it an old habit of his--the more accurate description would be his inability to continue existence unless he amasses as much attention, good or bad, onto himself as he can manage.
As a shapeshifter whose many forms include foxes as an affect of his own craftiness, Loki takes an interest in the intricacies of this supposed ‘unhidden hidden community’. They can often find him doing business with the foxes as a fox himself and testing the veracity of the barrier that keeps them more or less enclosed within.
