•Kara has seen Kiel die numerous times. The only reason he’s still alive is because she uses her timewatch to go back and prevent his deaths. He is not aware of this.

•Because of this, she wants to tell him to stop being so reckless, but she’s afraid he’ll be mad and think she’s trying to get rid of what makes him Kiel.

•Kiel keeps a lot of his negative feelings hidden. He wants Kara to see him as this perfect, fun-loving boyfriend. If he shows even a little bit of a bad emotion, he might make her think he’s not as great as he really is.

•Kara confuses timelines a lot. She forgets what happened and what she prevented and will often burst into tears without warning. Kiel never knows what to do when this happens.

•Kiel is so afraid of losing Kara. He doesn’t want her to know that.
