Z Nation Premiere event Q&A (2 spoilers)

People there: Nat, Grace, Russell, Kellita, Keith, Karl Schaefer (no Anny :( )

Kellita absolutely hates the blonde hair and had some very strong words to say but held off because she saw some kids in the audience. She jokingly said she thought it was going to end her career and told Karl Schaefer (the showrunner) that she would move in with him and his wife

I almost died of secondhand embarrassment when someone asked if Nat and Grace were dating. But I digress. Neither of them gave a straight answer, Nat said something about liking the same cartoons? Kellita took the mic and said no, Nat is just helping her get used to everything

Nat needs to get his shit together lol. He didn’t say much which is fine but twice when he got the mic being passed down he had to ask what they were talking about. Who knows, maybe he was high lol jk. Place reeked of skunk weed, ahh washington.

(spoiler) The Man is dead. Karl said he didn’t survive the cliff, after some kid asked if Doc still calls him Mr Clean.

After being asked about what they liked about Spokane: Keith likes the nature, Kellita ranted about how much better the traffic is in this city than in LA, Grace said the people are great and she loves seeing all the dogs. Nat (after having to have the question re-asked) said he likes how supportive everyone is.

There isn’t anytime for set pranks because they are always so busy, Karl said while twd has like 10 days to film an episode, they only get five. 

Grace forgets her lines the most, Russell improvises a lot.

Keith made us do this ‘zombie wave’ thing where people would stand up and do a zombie impression in a wave formation

Kellita had the audience give a shout out to a sick fan named Lily.

(spoiler) After the Q&A I overheard Karl tell somebody that Anny wasn’t there because she was in LA working on something else and she has been for a while. So I am once again convinced Addy dies because they’re still filming, the finale being done next week.

Russell says the people behind the scenes, like the editors, are really the ones that make the show look good. And as an aspiring bts person i liked that

When asked what their weapon in the apocalypse would be: Nat (once again stumbling over his words) said bombs, Grace said a crossbow, Russell likes the crowbar, Kellita would just give up and die, Keith would follow Murphy’s role and use other people

They did have to film in all the smoke from the surrounding fires. Said it killed their lungs but was great from a cinematic view lol
