Karma was a Flowey who stole Sans' karma powers and gained the ability to warp between realities after he absorbed the 6 human souls. He left his timeline behind in ruins after he destroyed it using his Omega form.

Now he wanders across the multiverse to cause chaos and karma to everyone he encounters for his own personal interest.
