whenever i see people talking about eddie becoming kas on s5 i feel so happy because now i know im not the only one thinking that

i just hope the writers have the same brain as ours

still thinking about that one time someone rbed my eddie-becomes-kas theory with “this is too galaxy-brained for the duffers” and i hate that they have a point

For all those who believe that Eddie is Kas from DnD and will therefore return because Kas comes back to life as a vampire. Play around with the idea of Will instead of Eddie. The duffer bros have a tendency to kill off new loveable characters instead of the main cast. They never before brought anyone back to life. EXCEPT that one time Will died in the Upside Down in season one and Joyce and Hopper reanimated him until he came back. While Will doesn't have a shield or a sword like Eddie(supposed Kas) kinda did, Will died because of "Vecna" before and he came back to life like Kas. Will was at some point helping Vecna/Mind Flayer in season 2 when he was a spy. Will can sense when Vecna is close. Will already had Kas' death/working with Vecna/resurrection story line. All that's missing is his turning on Vecna/killing him story line. Also.... I read that Kas rode into battle on a red three headed dragon. What did Will draw in his painting? 👀

Just saying....as much as I loved Eddie, maybe Kas isn't supposed to be him but Will considering the fact that he'll be season 5's focus.
