All of the robots that appear in the game (Robot-01, the Musclebomber, Bee-0, and Abysmel) were created by the Katayanagi twins and are currently for sale to whatever military is interested in them. The Gun Turrets were built by Ken on his own in his spare time.

The Katayanagis are mad scientists. They specialize mainly in robots, but they also get into genetic engineering and the creation of artificial humans. They have no regard for morals when it comes to this; their only concern is the progression of science.
