My thoughts and rants about the snw fandom rn, feel free to ignore it all if you want

can we stop hating so adamantly on snw?? Like every post I see in the snw tag is someone saying they don't like it. I love the show so much and the most recent episode was so good and made me very emotional. It's not going to be exactly what you want it to be and if we keep on putting the other shows on such a high pedestal we're never going to get anything new.

I understand this show has its issues but so does all of the other shows, some more than others. Idk maybe I'm just ranting but I don't really care anymore. They're trying something new with this show and making do with only having half the episodes a season the other shows had, that's why we don't have filler episodes, we can't because there's no space to fill. Ugh maybe I just need to stop looking through the tag but I want to see the cool gifs and pics of the episodes and my little dudes.

Just, idk, I feel like there's so much hate for this season and yeah it hasn't been incredible but it also isn't as horrible as people are saying it is. Star trek is star trek and it's never been the most incredible show ever (do I love it so much? Absolutely. But I can also acknowledge that there are parts that aren't the best).

Anyway that's my rant. I have more to say but not the words to say it right now. And if strange new worlds has no crazy fans like me, then I must be dead.

also wanted to do a "ban horror >> hide away disabled people >>> eugenics" pipeline edit (especially after some peeps make it all about the horny ban) but it's harder to find images/resources that are easy to see in the office meme format so I kinda gave up
