kate (she/they), 22, side account from my main @katetheworm, here I shall post all star wars stuff. a mix of clone wars/prequels, original, and mandalorian, as well as swtor (main server is Satele Shan, but I also play on Star Forge and Darth Malgus)
Since I don't stay subscribed to swtor for too long, I can only have so many characters in each server. That, along with the fact that I made most of these legacies based on how they work story wise rather than server wise, is why there are characters from multiple servers in the legacies (really only for the Sardath Legacy lmao)
These legacy names don't all apply to the actual legacies in each server. In Satele Shan it's the Tano Legacy, Star Forge is the Vendethl Legacy, and Darth Malgus is the Sisko Legacy.
Also, some characters have the same last name, this usually means they are siblings (like Fee and Senrionell, Feista and Rysen'ii, Tallati and Therevor, etc), but it can also mean they are related as child and parent (in the case of Findrali being Finya's son), or cousins (such as Elshi with Fen and Xandr). It could also mean that they are simply relatives in a large family (Hagley with Feista and Rysen'ii). This also means that they might not know each other very well, or at all.
I don't have everything planned out for my characters here since a fair amount of them I just make and then don't play lol. But! I do want to expand on this idea more because I find it interesting to have my ocs interact like this (ie have one character be the alliance commander and the others fit in elsewhere)
I am more than willing to answer any questions anyone has about these little guys and expect more stuff on this in the future!!
the female jedi knight has the voice of a very tiny cinnamon roll looking person who gets constantly underestimated but could actually murder you with her pinky. and the female jedi consular has the voice of someone who looks taller than she actually is because she carries herself with so much power and quiet confidence and everyone finds her lowkey intimidating. i will not be elaborating
to celebrate may the 4th, reblog with your top three favorite star wars projects in the tags (books, shows, movies, games, legends or canon - anything is fair game!)
Everyone featured is someone whose death haunts him in some way. Individual explanations under the cut!
Vemrin was the first person Galen ever killed. He’d been in combat plenty, as a Mando medic, but he was there in a healing capacity only. Even in the Sith Academy he felt terrible about hurting people in duels… but at the end of the day, Galen was forced to kill Vemrin or be killed, and he chose himself. He never really forgave himself for that
Vette didn’t die until KOTET but he hurt her much earlier than that, in the early years of his apprenticeship. Consistent use of the dark side as well as wanting to earn his master’s approval caused Galen to act more and more callous, especially towards underlings. After an incident I’ve talked about previously, his relationship with Vette was never really the same… although he worked to turn things around, the damage had been done. She left the crew soon afterward.
Jaesa, in my version of events, joins Galen to get revenge on Baras and then goes back to the Jedi, where she is recruited by the Revanites. Galen always had a pretty toxic relationship with her, and having to fight her during SoR really didn’t help. He blames himself for her defection and death: he could have saved her, if only he had been there, if only he’d seen her sooner, if only—
Quinn was Galen’s partner, general, and strategist for YEARS, and they became very close. When Galen’s mission to Zakuul was ambushed by the Eternal Fleet, they both intended to go down with the ship. Galen survived, Quinn did not. Galen didn’t find out until five years later, in the middle of having leadership thrust upon him that he did not want. He never really was able to grieve until much later, after the war.
Galen never wanted to kill Vaylin. If his horrible actions as Wrath were forgiven, he believed it would be hypocritical not to do the same for others. But when she killed Vette in front of him, he lost control; remorse came far too late to save her.
Tired of being haunted, Galen resolved never to let his mistakes hurt others again. Odessen would be the last time he wielded a lightsaber.
that the consular is the most powerful force user of their era in terms of raw force. that they canonically possess so much force affinity only seen when revan was still around. that when they're gone, after time untold, their resting place will remain a force nexus. that they've been delegated as the peacekeeper of their order; that if they choose to keep the alliance separate from the republic, they get excommunicated from the jedi. that they have the means to start tearing people apart left and right but are wont to swallow their anger down. whatever. whatever. i don't care! whatever
Hi Kate! How've you been doing recently? I've been busy in my class and some other fandom stuff but I've been brainstorming a new prequel/original trilogy era Jedi OC!
hey!! happy b-day btw! super sorry for how long this took me to respond to lol.
I've been pretty good tho! Just going through the motions.
I think movie era ocs are sooooo cool! I'd love to hear more about them if you wanna share!
Thank you for the birthday wishes Kate! Been good!
I've came up with quite a bit for him, he's a young Mirialan padawan named Mylo Terrylette who survives Order 66 and completes his training for knighthood as part of a surviving colony of Jedi! He's the OC of mine Blackberry drew!
oh cool!! yes i remember seeing that art, very cute. i always love how intricate movie era jedi ocs can be with order 66. so much trauma and angst lol but that's where the good stuff comes from
how do the jedi consulars you've made across the different legacies differ? How would they interact with each other if you stuck them all together in a room?
oooh very good question and my honest answer... they're all kinda similar lol.
I find it very difficult to play jedi characters as more dark sided, especially JCs. They are just too... idk... Good™️. But that is just my thoughts and I do love seeing dark Jedi! Don't get me wrong. I just like... feel bad when I do it lol. I can def play dark sith, agents, BH, smugglers, probably even a trooper, but I just enjoy the Jedi order too much to be able to do that. I'm the kind of person who can never pick the mean options in games because I don't wanna hurt their feelings lmao
But! That is not to say that they don't each have their own qualities.
(explaing below, their pics are in my pinned post too if anyone wants to check them out!)
I have talked about Dojia so much, but I think out of all of them, she is the most experienced and mentor-like. As in, she is the mom of the group, one could say.
Rirjana, on the other hand? Absolute baby. She is very young, like 17 at the start of the story, so she is rather naive, especially in the beginning. I haven't played her in a while, but from what I remember, I made her very open and trusting to everyone, all the LS options, and fell for Felix pretty fast lol (he's a lot younger in my HC bc I say so).
Kulanthi... I have not played yet lol. She is just kinda. There. As a placeholder to fill out that legacy. Same with Therevor (he was made as part of my "man" legacy since I don't usually play male characters in videogames lol) (the one thing I know about Kulanthi is that she is Fee'ranula's cousin and Therefor is Tallati's brother--two of my jedi knights)
But Seb'reela??? I lover her to bits. I made her initially because i thought a chiss jedi was a cool idea and I love her sm. She's kinda in between Rirjana and Dojia in terms of experience. She's older but doesn't understand the galaxy as much as Dojia does. She is also a lot more open to the other sides of the force kinda. I think if I was able to in game, she would be a grey jedi. I want to run through the expacs with her so she can romance Arcann because I think that would lend to a very interesting relationship, especially as she learns how he uses the force.
Anyway. If they were all in a room together? Dojia would be hosting and making sure everyone is fed and happy while they all ask her about her stories. Rirjana would be so happy to meet knew people, especially other jedi and would just talk to everyone. Kulanthi and Therevor... can sit on the couch while I figure out who they are. And Seb'reela would be petting Dojia's loth cat or reading a book.

reading Dojia's bio it says that she is very calm and collected, like your typical Jedi. Was she always like that, or does she have to work for it? Is there any time or any situation where she is not calm and collected?
(sorry this took so long for me to answer!!!)
In the beginning, especially when she was a child and a padawan, it honestly was pretty easy for her. She grew up in a small temple and only really knew the Jedi lifestyle so keeping her emotions in check were almost second nature.
(spoilers for jedi consular storyline and expacs abound below the cut)
When she got older thought? When her master got sick and she was the only one able to save her, along with countless other Jedi masters? When the other Jedi master who became a mentor to her turned out to be a child of the emperor? When she was frozen in carbonite after finding the one person who she could love and be loved by? After saving the galaxy so many times? It got harder and harder to maintain that composure.
I would say those first few years in the Alliance were probably the hardest for her. She just had to keep on moving and doing everything to make sure the galaxy didn't fall apart again. She of course tried to keep calm at all times, but when you have to put up a front for too long, it gets difficult to keep it up all the time. She never did anything that harmed someone or said anything that she regretted, except for a few times when she was alone with Theron, or even Lana.
I think when she's with those two, she's able to let her guard down more and be vulnerable. It was definitely easier with Theron and sometimes that led to her snapping at him about some mundane thing, like if he chewed too loudly or sighed too much. With Lana, it didn't happen often, but sometimes she would say something about Jedi teachings and it would just push Dojia over the edge the tiniest amount and Lana would either get the silent treatment for the rest of the day or a few sharp glares thrown in her direction.
Overall, I think she honestly is very calm and collected, especially when she needs to be and especially when she's with other Jedi. Being away from the Order for so long though led to her forgetting a few of their teachings and Sana-Rae was very helpful in those times. When Nadia returned, things got easier again, and when she was able to join the Order again and work alongside Tau and Arn, she was able to remember her past more, which was very helpful.
I do think that with her work with the Alliance and Theron and Lana, Dojia was able to accept her emotions more readily and work through them in an effective way rather than pushing them to the side to deal with later. Now that she's older as well and gone through so many things, she's honestly just over it most of the time and just goes with the motions.
"Oh, Malgus is out again? Time to stop him."
"You want me to save your operations again, Chancellor? No problem."
"Malgus is doing something annoying... again, isn't he?"
She's definitely mellowed out as the years add on, and having her husband by her side and her best friend is more than enough to keep her content.

Thanks so much for asking this!! It was really fun to think about all of these things and I honestly hadn't thought about them before!
hey guys i made an overly pretentious uquiz, finally hopping on the bandwagon. answer some questions and i'll assign you a swtor character! i spent several hours on this and it's probably awful but here we go
on the whole i do enjoy swtor's companion customization system but there are genuine tears in my eyes in regards to felix's customization options. 3 of them are white. that's three too many imo. also why does he have blue eyes on one of the black customizations. what are we doing here. like i do enjoy having the ability to change companions' appearances but also!. hm. hmnhmhm.
i'm so sorry for like posting a bunch in a small time frame like a month ago now and then disappearing right after. classes got crazy and now I'm sick which sucks, but next week is spring break (my last one in college!) so I'm hoping to be a bit more active and catch up on things, but anyway. just wanted to let people know I'm not dead, just have no brain power to interact with others and make things 😔
Hey! I've been doing okay. So sorry for not responding to your previous ask and others from a couple other people😭😭 classes and other things got like insanely crazy genuinely right after I got those asks so I haven't had much time to think about them but I will answer them! Especially since my spring break is coming up soon (thank god 😭). Anyway, all that to say is I've been good, definitely busy, but thank you for checking in!! I hope all's been well for you too🫶🫶
