i dont think ive been eating enough lately and i think it is making me feel more tired than usual (ive been sleeping fine). and its winter so im already lower energy but anyway, i think i wanna track what im eating to make sure im eating enough. which is not a bad idea in theory but in practice i fear it will awaken The ED lol. i think as long as i mostly keep track of it in the sense of like, did i eat 3 meals a day + snacks, what did i eat, were there veggies + protein etc, i will be fine? worst case i can always stop i just need more food!!!!
