I appear to have hit my post limit on main again. So see you all over there on New Year’s Day.
If you need to reach me in that time I’ll be here or on Twitter/Instagram @/sattickate.
Eight years and two days ago, I created this blog. I’m mad at myself for forgetting
Counsel in Death Musical Prompt: “Stop, I’m Already Dead” by Deadboy and the Elephantmen 📝📝📝 Background: This one loosely takes place in the same universe as my still-being-written novel, Reaperverse, It’s written from the perspective of someone who’s died and may not be over the way it happened. I kept character names out, despite having two characters in mind, because I don’t think I want to make this a canon scene in the novel. But I may keep it as a worldbuilding exercise. Written in April 2018.

Carefree Musical Prompt: “Jamais seule” by Loane 📝📝📝 Background: So I’m bilingual and I wanted to try to write a story in English based on a song written/sung in French. The story ends with the lines “never alone” which is a translation of the song’s title. By this story, I had developed a habit of making a story’s final words the song’s title. Written around September/October 2017.

Purpose of this blog:
That’s kind of TBD.
@sattickate‘s main purpose was to be where I share my YouTube videos (when I start actually posting them). As it’s my public persona, Sattic is the surname I’ve adopted when I’m online. That was my original intention when creating the blog. Now, it’s also home to my 14A (PG13) content as I’ve tried to make my main blog a bit more PG. It’s also become gayer than my main blog. Most LGBTQIAP+ content I post/reblog goes here. And I am most vocal about LGBTQIAP+ issues here as a result.
@katesattic is my personal and main blog. Always had bee and always will be. It’s gotten a bit more PG over time. Though I still have content with swears, overall it’s more child-friendly. It is also the home to my fandom content. So a lot of Supernatural, Sanders Sides, and Heathers (film mostly) content is generally posted there. It was also people misreading my URL as Kate Sattic (instead of the correct Kate’s Attic) that inspired me to use Sattic as my surname online since I’d rather not share my actual surname.
Other blogs, for which I use pseudonyms:
fandom for a Canadian show
LGBTQ+ Content (a focus on pan stuff)
mental Health blog
another fandom for a Canadian show (inactive)
ask-blog (inactive)
So far, I”m still figuring out what this blog’s focus will be. Perhaps it will focus on my writing, or become a place to vent, I’m not too sure yet.
Other Blogs:
(at least the one’s I’ll admit to running)
@katesattic @sattickate @sattickatey (this one)
I run 3 more semi-active blogs under pseudonyms and 2 more inactive ones. I should probably get rid of the last two ...
Scrolling through my dash when I get about 30 -Yeah that sounds about right - about 30 consecutive cheetah pics all reblogged by @katesattic Someone went on a cheetah pic binge.
