hey so i'm not much help with the other issues but if your period is rly bad, going on birth control actually helps a lot bc of the hormone regulation. that's what i did and it's been gr8. chin up honey! <3

oh yeah thats funny i'm on birth control cause its supposed to help reduce acne but like i skipped a day last week on accident so it started and then this weekend was when it was supposed to really start so it started again????
