I’ve been slowly working on organizing my world and turning it into a proper project rather than a collection of scattered ideas and illustrations.

So I finally made proper character reference sheets for Jack and Jane. They probably should have had these a long time ago, but I kept putting it off. 😅

It’s a small step, but it feels nice to finally have a more complete introduction for them.

On a different note, while working on this project I’ve been reading The Cruel Prince. I finished the first book and I’m currently about halfway through the second one.

I still haven’t fully decided how I feel about the series, but I absolutely love the world. The faerie realm feels magical, strange, and beautifully written.

Are there any fans of the series here? What made you fall in love with it?

Who knows, maybe I’ll end up drawing something inspired by it in the future. ✨
