Oh honey you have no idea the can of worms you have opened up. I love this boy so much and its gonna be hard to choose just four (4) headcanons

Headcanon A:  (realistic) Connor is a bundle of barely-restrained homicidal rage and circuits and doesn’t have a lot of compunctions about shooting someone. (evidenced by the dozen people he kills post Deviating)

Headcanon B: (while it may not be realistic it is hilarious) Connor is the Android Boogeyman, which he finds a little weird but mildly hilarious

Headcanon C: (heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends) Connor doesn’t like to interface with other androids (because in canon, if i remember correctly, every time Connor interfaces with another android, something terrible happens (usually to him))

Headcanon D: (unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.) Connor’s 5′10″ and is shorter than the average police android by 2 inches because he’s a prototype and slightly better made. 

This is not, by any means, an exhaustive list. i have so many headcanons.

I love writing, but I’m very bad at doing it consistently and I always have new ideas I chase after before eventually returning to my previous fic after a year or two (or more if someone doesn’t drag my attention back with a comment of question). 

for dragon age, I’m currently working on a very long fic with little_abyss set in the redthorne ‘verse. its started out with me saying to aby, “hey, what if the main companions from da2 were all poly and have lots of fun sexy times with each other?” of course, as all things do when it comes to our ideas, this grew plot legs and ran away from us. piss-poor alcohol and good company is a multi-pov fic that has about 48k words to its name now.

I’m also working (ever-so-slowly) on the anders/justice/hawke fic titled rewriting the epilogue in the same ‘verse. I just wanted to explore what would’ve happened if they took the “free the mages” thing another step farther. 

in the fallout fandom, another word for skill my psychic!sosu/deacon fic hasn’t been updated in a million years but I s2g I’m still invested in it. if anyone has any suggestions/questions I will happily take anything that gets me writing again.

I’ve just started outlining a post-dishonored 2 fic where delilah shatters emily’s statue when she realizes corvo is beating her, and corvo goes off the deep end trying to figure out a way to save her that eventually leads to time travel. the outsider watches over his progress until he suddenly doesn’t because billie chooses the death ending for DOTO. featuring a merciful corvo who transitions into a time-travelling witch with a grudge against everyone and everything.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

last minute addition, I’m working on a witcher fic featuring (very nsfw) detlaff/geralt for the fantastic @itspusspeepers. watching a blood and wine playthrough to get ideas but I think I’ll be taking a lot of inspiration from the 10 anniversary witcher vid.

I got a new sketchbook yesterday, I figured I’d break it in with some Deacon/Nick smooching.

Or, more accurately, Jack/Nick smooching. Because I’m shameless in my love for Insert Something. @katrinajg writes some good stuff. (and, i mean, technically, it’s still before the anniversary for ISSH so)

This isn’t from any scene in the story, but I figured, Nick picks Jack up a lot, and they’re a couple now, so....

Everyone go read Insert Something Shakespearean Here by @katrinajg, I cannot stress enough. Literally the best fic I’ve ever read, it’s over 400k and it’s my de facto lone wander and canon for fallout 4. Technically Deacon/Valentine...technically.

It’s great so great my obsessive personality is killing me over this, so have some doodles! Just, I’m high-key obsessed and its amazing how often I have read it yet. Go go!

Then Nick looks at the fabric heart in his hand. 

It’s a representation of something, but of what, he’s not sure. He doubts it’s as simple as it being the kid’s heart--very little about the kid is simple. Nick turns the heart over in his hands, curious to see if there’s anything else to it other than brightly dyed fabric. He must have been given it for a reason. 

On the back, in what looks like chalk, a single word is scrawled.

So its been almost a year since Katrina started writing this story. I wanted to do something to commemorate that milestone passing. Happy Birthday ISSH!

i was going to wait until the 9th to post this, but i got antsy just sitting on it, so here it is early

This was one my favorite chapters. I’m pretty sure I cried the first time I read it. 

Anyway, thank you for continuing to write Katrina, I will continue to look forward to new chapters & new stories <3

Also everyone read this fic by @katrinajg I wanted to wait my rec until I did art but hell it's too good to lock away in a vault till I'm ready It's is the slowest most plot fill burn with absolutely perfect voicing for every damn character. 364k words an still going one of the best fic I've seen in a long time. I'm eager to read their first published novel. Hell, Id print this fic as a novel for myself. Seriously, incredible world building set before the Sole Survivor with Deacon as the Lone Wanderer doing his Wandering thing and just marvelous android psychology and just I'm so impressed and love it so much. And there's promised x6-88 so you know I'm down. Y'all read it if you love Fallout. You'll love it even more.
