That was the longest nap he's ever taken. Shit. What time is it? He finally moves, large body stretching out with wings unfolding and stretching with his body. He yawns. It's loud and rumbles through the ground almost like an earthquake and then he's sighing.

Man. I really need to stop doing this.

This being him taking a nap to where he's wasted half the day. He must be getting real old.

Smoke protrudes out of him like cold water hitting a hot pan on a stove. The smoke is large, it covers the entirety of the dragon and within a few minutes, a man comes stumbling out from the smoke, legs stretching, arms swinging.

"Oof. Hey---Do you think I can use your jacket? I left my clothes a little ways away by the river." Honestly, being naked never bothered him, BUT he is a law abiding citizen!

The commotion outside draws Eiden attention for a moment. From the side window he could witness a shooting competition. Though he can't see how the shots land on the plywood plank from the bar, he can read the bodylanguage and gestures as well as here the applause. The winning participant in particular makes the result rather obvious.

With how impressed the audience seems Eiden grows curious. As the crowd disperses and leaves the alleyway Eiden takes his chance and sneaks out to take a look.

As he's leaning in for a closer look, something looms over him. Having missed the approach it's the shadow that reveals the one behind him. Though he's hardly doing anything bad it gives him a scare, faltering on his feet as he bounces up.

" Duuuuude, don't just sneak behind a guy like that!!! "

she’s  hardly  looking  for  company,  at  the  moment  -  in  fact,  that’s  the  last  thing  eliza’s  looking  for.  the  traces  of  exhaustion  aren’t  just  heavy  in  her  tone  -  they  weigh  in  droves  physically,  without  fail.  cheeks  are  sunken  and  sallow,  hair  is  mussed  -  and  the  damage  done  to  her  body  is  that  of  a  weary,  disparaged  woman.  (there’s  a  gash  of  dried  blood  on  her  cheek  &  welts  on  her  hands.)  money,  dutch  says  -  they  need  money.  regardless  of  whether  or  not  she’s  doing  it  for  him  or  the  others  around  her  -  eliza  is  doing  everything  she  can  to  get  it.

“i  don’t  wanna  talk,  oce  -”       she  starts,  swallowing  her  pride  &  hiding  her  face  with  her  hand  as  she  pushes  past  him  to  get  to  her  haphazard  pile  of  belongings,       “-  i  jus’  need  t’get  my  shit  an’  go.”

her  time  with  ocelot  has  proven  nothing  short  of  entertaining  -  and  where  eliza  would  usually  take  up  the  moniker  of  the  more  agreeable,  positive  aura  between  the  two  of  them  -  the  oncoming  promise  of  the  winter  season  has  her  bitter  to  the  core.  (until  she  gets  close  to  a  fire,  anyways  -  then  her  attitude  will  turn  around.)

she’s  shivering,  and  not  succeeding  at  hiding  it  -  november  has  barely  even  started,  only  a  mere  dusting  of  snow  lays  atop  the  ground,  and  she’s  miserable  -  chilled  to  the  core.       “i  m-miss  th’sun,”       eliza  broods,  moving  her  hands  up  and  down  her  own  biceps  in  a  plea  to  keep  herself  warm,       “i’m  gonna  run  away  -  somewhere  warmer.  you  go  b-back  an’  tell  everyone  that  i  quit  bein’  an  outlaw  ‘till  summer  comes  b-back.”
