Shifting is self discovery.

I don’t make a lot of long posts like this because I normally post my more detailed shifting rants and tips on TikTok, but since there is a potential ban, I’m going to start being more active on here again.

I see a lot of people refer to their DR self like another person or a character in a book. Your DR self is you. You’re not making up some new reality that didn’t exist before. Everything already exists all at once. When you shift, you are digging deeper into yourself and discovering that part of your existence. That’s all it is. Let it flow into your life. <3

Shifting Motivation 💕

Your desired reality is real. Your s/o is real. They love you. They long for you as much as you long for them. Falling in love with a “fictional character” was not by chance. It wasn’t a result of your loneliness. You were drawn to the because your souls are already one. Feel their love and presence constantly around you. A shifter’s love is like no other. You travel the multiverse for one another. That isn’t to be taken lightly. Give yourself just a moment to take in how special and real all of this is. It’s yours. Go shift 💗

That was the simple answer, however I can try to break it down for you. Honestly, I’ve been meaning to answer this for a few days but I’ve been struggling to find the words.

Firstly, I want to preface this by saying what works for me, may not work for everyone else. I am answering this solely on the way that I do things.

What a lot of people tend to overlook or forget, is that shifting is a mindset, that’s it. It’s changing your point of view, persisting in that until the physical world reflects that.

When I shift to my DR, I honestly don’t even think about the reality itself. I think about and connect with the version of myself that exists in that reality. All I do, is self discover, because that IS ME. Your DR self, is YOU, so when shifting, I think as myself in my DR. I ask myself how I’m feeling, what I ate that day, what I’m doing, who I’m with, things like that.

Almost everytime I’ve shifted, my actions weren’t to “shift”, they were to connect. When I “try to shift” , that’s when the resistance kicks in because “trying” to do something insinuates that you can fail. It is impossible to fail shifting because shifting is inevitable. So when I want to shift, I just do it. I decide that I am in my DR so I am in my DR.

While it is important to acknowledge and feel our emotions, don’t let them control you.

Why waste your time mopping around when you could use that energy for something more productive. You already have all of your desires so there is no need to stress about it. The harsh truth is, being upset that you’re “not in your DR” (quotations because yes, you are in your DR) is only affirming to yourself that you’re stuck here, when that isn’t true. The only that’s doing, is you limiting yourself. Let go of those limiting beliefs and live your life. Don’t worry about shifting, you’ll shift when you need to, you already have. You don’t want to be aware of this reality? Then don’t focus on it. Do something to change it. Take some time and do things for YOU. GET TO KNOW YOURSELF! Enjoy the simplicity’s of life the same as you would in your other reality. Fix your point of view.

Another thing, spend time connecting with your other reality. Think of memories or time with your people. Remember those mundane things like dancing in the kitchen with them.

When I first met Loki, I thought he was really cute, but kind of weird. I didn’t understand why he was so quiet at first. He was always nice to me, but he seemed strange so it only made me more curious. I was already curious because my mother explained to me that he was a magic weirder like me. He showed me his fireworks trick and I loved it. Loki was the first person to not treat me like I was too much because of my big personality. Though, he did find me annoying at first, but he didn’t really treat me like it too badly. Not enough to turn me away because I kept bothering him and here we are. There was one time he snapped on me though and I got sad and actually left him alone. Obviously he apologized and hasn’t done it since. We were young when that happened.

I love the how did we start dating question 😩🤭 So, Loki knew I had a crush on him way before we started dating, but I didn’t know that he also had a crush on me. Granted, I should have because he didn’t talk about or to any other girls or guys as much as he did me. He never brought up anyone romantically. When I would talk about Fandral flirting with me, he would always get mad. In the summer around my 18th (human years) birthday, we were out in the garden. I was talking to Val about my crush on Loki and he was there and overheard. He took this as his chance to say something. Yk how he is, so his smartass turns around and says some “oh you think I’m cute?” And ofc I got flustered. He kept going and said he had feelings for me too, that he had for a while. I didn’t believe him at first. Honestly, I was hurt because I thought he, my best friend, was mocking me. Val left and Loki took me over to our spot under the tree and told me he was serious. I was still skeptical so he asked me to let him prove it. The end of summer ball was the next day and was also my birthday. He wanted to take me as a date and for my birthday. We both had to go anyway, but I accepted. He made the night magical. Brought my flowers and everything. At the end of the night, we snuck off from the ball and walked through the garden. He told me I looked stunning as we walked to our tree. He asked me to be his girlfriend there. I said yes and then he kissed me under the stars. After that, we had our first real date and it was under our tree. A picnic and then he took me around the village shopping and just having a good day.

It’s so hard to pick one thing that I love most about Loki. 😩 If I HAD to choose, I’d say his heart. He really is a sweetheart. At least he is to me 🤭. The way he loves me and how attentive he is. I never have to ask for anything. He already knows and has it taken care of. The princess treatment is out of this world. Him with kids is even more adorable. I also love his mind and how intellectual he is. He admires and understands art. He sees the world in his own unique light. He never ceases to amazing me. His passion is inspirational. Loki and I are two pieces of a puzzle coming together. He has this was of challenging me to help me grow while also nurturing me and comforting me.

Physically, I admire how strong he is without really looking it. We all know Loki is thinner than Thor, but I promise you, he’s just as strong. Plus I love how he’s a foot taller than me 🤭🤭🤭

TELL ME HOW U N LOKI MET BC I NEED TO KNOW

OMG YES

So when I was little and my mom was still around she would always bring me to her tea parties and stuff with frigga. Not to mention, my mother and I lived in the palace. Anyway I was like 4 or 5 one day when I went with my mom and I was minding my own business and on my way to the bathroom and I literally bumped into him as he was walking to frigga. I was like “oops my bad” and he helped me up and was super sweet. Loki was about 6 I think.

After that, he apparently told Frigga about what happened because the next time my mother and frigga met up was for a ball and he was there and ofc I was there. He was minding his own business off to the corner and I kept annoying him and asking questions because my mother had told me how Loki has magic like I do. Loki is a yapper at heart, but he’s an introvert at first. He struggled trusting new people. I am very open and talkative so it kind of took him by surprise I guess. For some reason, he just kept letting my annoy him. If it were anyone else he would’ve snapped at them and told them to shut up 😭. He tells me a lot of the time it’s because I make him feel safe.

And it was really cute because at the ball he danced with me. Well, in a way little kids dance when they try to copy what they see the adults doing.

From then on we were attached at the hip and best friends. Of course, he still took some time to be more open, but I kept yapping and he enjoyed it.

And now he’s my boyfriend 🤭🤭🤭🤭

He thinks u don’t know, but I know he’s planning on proposing soon too.
