Do you think some remnant of Kayaba's code lingers around the mainSAO Survivirs crew? Obv he sticks around to help Kazuto and Asuna during that part, but do you think he tries to make amends to the other survivors - and not just to the people closest to Kirito?

Do Lis and Sil end up having their assignment scores tweaked a bit when they obviously know material or should have better scores? Does Furikazen end up off shifts together more often to hang and recover? Agil probably reports fishy behavior when suddenly he meet's the quota when he should've been a bit under.

Does Data Kayaba - yes that is what I call him and all Synthesis characters - try to atone for crimes he technically did not commit, for a past life?

oh that's such a sweet idea i vibe with it!! i don't really think about kayaba all that much (i'm mostly interested to see where reki takes him) but i'd love to see him and yui interacting to some degree tbh
