Here are the Video Game Player KCD headcanons me and my bestie came up with the other day.

- Henry is a cozy gamer through and through, and barely plays anything else unless it’s a party game or something Hans asks him to play together. Bonus points if the games have building or crafting mechanics. His go to games are Minecraft and Stardew Valley

- Hans is by far the most obnoxious competitive gamer you’ve ever seen. He makes a competition out of every game, unless he plays 2-person multiplayer with Henry. 100% plays League and Valorant among other things, and falls into every stereotype related to it.

- Hans also tries to become a streamer but it’s just not really taking off.

- Zizka doesn’t really bother with video games but he probably still has his old ass console somewhere to play the first doom on.

- Dry Devil only plays 2 games. And it’s either Postal 2 or Hello Kitty Island Adventures, no inbetween

- Sam is a Nintendo truther, and mostly just plays Mario games and Legend of Zelda. He’s also the only one who can beat Hans at Mariokart. He’s won so many times that at this point Han refuses to play the moment Sam picks up the controller.

- John is a well know twitch streamer. In contrast to Hans.

- Rosa 100% plays every Hoyoverse game in existence (and similar games) - probably the one Henry plays the most with, since they both enjoy cozy games. They have a really really pretty minecraft world together.

- Adder is by far the best Just Dance player you’ve ever seen. He also wins every time they ever decide to play Jackbox.

- Janosh hold a world record for the perfect speed run of Cooking Mama

cuman...adder? --- this piece was mostly inspired by the idea of him raiding moravia & hungary (w/ janosh) prior to the devil's pack. that and the fact that adder's preferred weapon is "ataman's sabre", a sabre found only on cuman + hungarian NPCs in the game...and adder! who knows, maybe a gift from janosh? - the kaftan features a byzantine pattern of a griffin, along with cossack boots and an ataman's sabre.
