The Master had been walking around the area. He knew that if he ended up lost in one of his experiments again then the scary evening would pass by without him knowing. That he couldn’t do knowing that things always tended to turn up odd when the day and night comes.
So to avoid that from happening the Master had been taking a stroll. Sometimes stopping to make sure that lights worked before continuing on. Eventually finding himself at the fountain in the center of town. Hand running across the surface wondering if he could set some lights around the area or would the towns people do so? Wouldn’t want to interrupt them like that.
Tendrils stretch and coil idly in the air, pausing a moment before a few of his eyes catch sight of a very familiar and lovely sight. Eyes moving a little up to mimic a smile as some of the tendrils shape into a heart without the Master knowing.
