“Oh my god Lance, what the hell.”

Lance snorted while Pidge deadpanned and let her head fall to the desk. “What, it would work-”

“We are not filling a balloon with spray cheese and throwing a tack at it so it bursts on Iverson.” Hunk crosses his arms. His glare is outlined by the silent and mostly empty classroom.

Lance sighs, crosses his arms on the desk riddled with gouges and pencil marks. His boyfriend pokes him quietly when he lays his cheek on his arms.

“I thought it would be funny, but that’s not a fool proof plan you doofus.” Keith’s smile is soft and knowing, but it makes a little part of Lance prickle. The rest of him falls in the comfortable lull he’s gained with Keith as he twines their fingers together.

“Silence, I’m a master strategist.”

“You’re a nuisance, that's what you are.” A squeeze of warm fingers.

“Shut up, I am a delight!”
