There are some healthy substitutes for sugar and creme, that I could possibly recommend. But yea, black coffee is dreaded. Lol. I drink mine black, but there are days I have to put two spoons of sugar. I use to drink from Keurig cups, but then the price started building up. 10$ for a box of 10 cups. Now I buy offbrand Starbucks grinds. Sure it can be a bit tasteless and strong, but hell, does it help.
I commend you for being able to drink it black, my friend. Especially something similar to a Starbucks blend. I’d love to hear any recommendations you might have that could help too. My family has always been anti-creamer and the like for some reason so I’ve never really experimented with coffee additives, healthy or otherwise..

Lol. Have you ever drank coffee without creme and/or sugar? I feel like I should try your brand.
Yes I have and I can tell you now that I am not a fan of black coffee. I prefer to ingest my caffeine through a beverage that actually tastes sweet and not super bitter. (that’s not really the healthiest option though)
Also the brand I’m drinking is just the cheapest box of Keurig cups I could get at Walmart. (some kind of knock-off breakfast blend) I’m trying to drink it as “bulletproof” coffee though. Which basically pertains to me putting healthy fats in it in order to have a “healthy” alternative to eating breakfast. I tried it when I was last at home and it wasn’t too bitter then so I thought it would be a good way to ween myself off of the unhealthy (and expensive) forms of coffee. But when I make it, it’s a lot more bitter. That might just be my fault though.
