You Keep Me Walking || Kaxella Blood Bath
Kalla gasped as the glass closed her within the small tube. Slowly, the floor beneath her began to rise. Panicking, she placed her hands on the glass and watched as Toby braved his way up to the world. The heat that began seemed not as threatening as the idea of her environment changing in a matter of moments, until she realized the heat was coming from the lava. Kalla gasped once more and took in the entirety of the arena. It was similar to the 75th Annual Hunger Games, but not so similar. She knew there would be no twist, or at least she hoped, and this eased her nerves.
When the gong sounded, Kalla finally put on a brave face and focused in on her claws. Once she had them, the rest of everything would be easier. Sliding them onto her hands seemed to make her forget all uneasy thoughts that took control of her mind previously. She scanned the cornucopia quickly, and narrowed her eyes at the closest tribute. You are not weak, you don't need someone to take care of you anymore. Tackling the girl, she growled while dragging the claws ruthlessly across the girl's chest and through her stomach. Kalla actually smirked as she watched the life leave this tribute's eyes. She felt as if she were wired... This was the most alive she had ever felt in her life.
Pushing herself to a standing position, she scanned the cornucopia once more. No one really noticed Kalla anyways, but she still kept her guard up. She wanted to kill another person, she wanted the thrill of watching someone's eyes go from alert and afraid, to sad and lifeless again. Tobin. He would be her next target, she didn't care about their previous revelation, she wanted him dead now. Just as she was about to sprint out to find him, a familiar voice made her stop.
