I just realized I played a very g/t game when I was little, it's on the Xbox 360 and it is kingdom of keflings and you play as a giant with tiny little people that you help.
i'm going insane again tonight chat. is there any way for the keflings series games to be played on pc (minus handful i don't have vr) or am i gonna have to drag my crusty old xbox 360 out of retirement to satisfy this nostalgia itch

As part of my resolution to chill out, I'm trying to focus on things that I enjoy and sharing those, rather than contributing (as much) to the endless circle jerk of complaining about companies who don't care anyway.
Today, I want to share A Kingdom for Keflings!
It's a chill city builder with a cute concept created originally for the xbox 360. You can buy it for Windows on itch.io for $9 though :)
The best part is that the developer is still active! So if you buy the game you're supporting an indie team that is currently (slowly) working on porting one of their other games, A World of Keflings, to windows. I've never actually played this one, so hopefully they release it in my lifetime 😂
It is actually really cool that they're working on it though, because it was also a console release. One of whose digital storefront is already shut down (Wii U) with the other soon to follow (xbox 360).
It's an old game, but if you're looking for something relaxed and low spec, give it a shot :) (there's also a demo available!)

Man, Xbox live arcade was probably one of the greatest things in gaming history and I can't believe they got rid of it. The 360 era was unmatched
Third Kefling picture! I've not yet seen the character, but my wife has reported to me that if you place down "Cotton Candy Panda!"and walk by them, they will shout their name at you in a loud, cutesie voice - and this kept startling the hell out of her! The mental image I got from this amused me, so I drewwww iiiiiit.
