‪【2034日目②】2018-08-‬12 ‪父の育てたビーツを使ってケーララ州料理と、dancyuレシピでレモンライス。あと昨日の残り。‬ ‪＠自宅‬ ‪_______________________________________________________‬ ‪.‬ ‪※左から時計回りに‬ ‪#Mutton Sukke‬ #Tomato Rasam #Curd（ヨーグルト） #ビーツのメルクプラティ（香取薫せんせいレシピ） #Lemon Rice（小宮山雄飛さんレシピ） ‪.‬ ‪昨夜コリアンダーパウダーが無くなったので、コリアンダーを使わない南インド料理を選んでみました。‬ ‪メルクプラティは、マラヤーラム語なので英語表記なし。インゲンで何度か作っていましたが、ビーツは初めて。‬ ‪軽く蒸し煮にしたビーツからはトウモロコシのような甘い香りが立ち上がります。そこに、ココナッツオイルたっぷりのスパイスと玉ねぎをぶっかけテンパリング♪‬ ‪甘く芳しいメルクプラティの完成。‬ ‪.‬ ‪レモンライスは、バスマティライスと日本米のミックスに、カシューナッツ、ウラドダール、ヒング多めのテンパリング♪‬ ‪どちらも簡単料理。‬ ‪.‬ ‪マトンスッカは、翌日もバッチリ美味しいし、ラッサムと餃子もグッド。‬ ‪しあわせな南インド晩ご飯でした。‬ ‪この週末…生ハーブティーを入れたり、フルーツシロップを漬けたり、いろいろ料理をしましたが、お買い物は無し。いただきものと、自家栽培と、冷凍庫ストックで、けっこう生き延びられるものだなぁ。‬ ‪.‬ ‪_______________________________________________________‬ 🇮🇳 #south #india #kelara #spice #curry #インド #南インド #カレー #毎日カレー #フクカレー #フクドローン‪ #茗荷のアチャールを作るの忘れてた ‬

❤️ What inspired you to make this OC? How long have you had them? How have they changed in the time you’ve been developing them?

in both cases they were fulfilling a niche we needed for the dynamic we decided on in the RPs. vera was easy - a humie spy being coerced into submission? well, she's probably confident and skilled, with a dash of attitude... and kelara being her total opposite when we started a new pairing with keevan seemed only the natural choice! shy and codependent with a bit of a psychotic streak that would attract her to someone like him. let's see, we started the first story with vera...ooh on my birthday in january. and kelara was at the beginning of may. neither have really changed apart from their intended character arcs, which for vera means being thoroughly humbled and for kelara means getting in touch with her wild side ;)

💗 Ramble a bit about this character!

i really love how multifaceted vera is becoming. it's one thing to hate your torturer and yearn for the one you fell in love with - it's entirely another to love the torture and be, perhaps, a little afraid of your lover after the trauma you've been through. i'm honestly a little too into thinking about how the hell she's gonna cope with all this after her escape and how it will affect her relationship with poor remata'klan.

kelaraaaaa oh i cannot wait for her yandere side to get a chance to come out. she's one of those repressed ones that seems so shy and sweet until she snaps and then suddenly keevan is pulling her off a body she's still stabbing over and over long after it's dead

🥊 Does your OC prefer to take the lead or follow orders? With everyone or just with certain people? Is there a reason for this?

oh two very different answers for both characters. vera 100% takes the lead, she's a self-sufficient badass motherfucker who prides herself on being in control in any given situation. though the whole arc of her story is that she secretly finds some dark satisfaction in being brought to heel 👀 meanwhile kelara is just a follower through and through. I think she'd panic if you asked her to take charge of anything. give her a few iterations though and she'll find the confidence to get in touch with that side of herself.

💜 Do you enjoy working on your OC or are they a bit of a chore? We all have that one character who is hard to develop!

they're both incredibly easy & fun to work on!! wholly because they're both different facets of myself. i'm far more vera than kelara nowadays but both of them live in my brain to the point where irl i'm thinking to myself "oh i'm being so kelara rn" or "just channel ur inner vera & get through it"
