Name: Kellian Ghost: Cypher Height: 5'9" Race: Risen/Awoken Date Risen: Shortly before the Red War Class: Warlock Subclass Affinity: Voidwalker (with a hint of Arc Strider) Weapon Affinities: Bow, auto rifle, sniper rifle, sidearm, linear fusion rifle. Other: As an Awoken, Kel has a low-level psychic connection with other Awoken and a stronger empathic connection with the energy forces around him, namely paracausal Light and Darkness. This is what allows him to navigate the Void so well and why he's able to use Strand almost effortlessly. He feels the pull of each force deeply and utilizes his sensitivity to these forces and other Awoken in intel gathering as well as scouting & infiltration missions. Bio: Kel is a laid-back warlock who actually enjoys engaging in antics more befitting knife-throwing hunter than the scholarly behaviors expected of a warlock. Having earned his title "Kellian the Hellion", Kel excels in "peopling" as his rezz brother (rezzed in the same place at similar times), Riggs-6, puts it. He gets along easily with other people and is a deft navigator of social and political situations. However, his favorite thing is simply getting to know people.

His ghost Cypher, loves doing this as well and is an enormously nosy but chipperly charming ghost. She loves finding out about things and sharing what she finds with Kel and maybe a few many others. However, despite her gossipy nature, she is very insightful and does in fact, love the friends she's made more than the gossip she enjoys.

Their social and gossipy ways are well known and kind of expected at this point, and it's a perfect cover for their real missions. Kel is one of the most open and welcoming warlocks in the Vanguard, why would he have anything to hide? Cypher's the biggest gossip in the tower, how could she keep a secret?

Great questions for two members of Ikora's Hidden and front-line intelligence gatherers. Social Gossip was shallow stuff, an easy place to find rumor mills and a perfect cover for gathering intelligence and counterintelligence.

But that's not important right now. Right now, Kel's only real concern is welcoming new lights, making sure his fireteam works well together, and that no one gets too wound up and serious for their own good!

TARUNG KELIAN DESA ADAT BUGBUG RASA PILKADA, PURWA ARSANA MELENGGANG Desa Adat Bugbug, Karangasem melaksanakan pemilihan calon kelian adatnya, Minggu (6/9/20). Proses pemilihan kental  nuansa politik Pilkada, menyusul kedua calon yang muncul merupakan kader partai politik  besar di Bali. Ketua panitia pemilihan, I Wayan Mertha S.pd, Mpd,  mengatakan, ada dua nama yang muncul  menjadi kandidat calon kelian adat tersebut. Selain I Nyoman Purwa Arsana, juga muncul nama I Komang Mustika Jaya. Pantauan di lapangan, tarung kelian Desa Adat Bugbug, kental memunculkan aroma politik Pilkada. Itu terjadi karena kedua kandidat calon adalah kader partai politik besar di Bali. Nyoman Purwa Arsana  merupakan kader PDI Perjuangan yang saat ini  duduk di kursi DPRD Bali, sedangkan I Komang Mustika Jaya merupakan kader Partai Golkar yang masih aktif duduk di Kursi DPRD Karangasem. Dalam pemilihan tersebut  nama Purwa Arsana muncul di 12 Banjar termasuk menjadi calon tunggal di tujuh Banjar, yakni Banjar Puseh, Madya, Darma Laksana, Segaa, Celuk Kauh, Asah dan  Banjar Baruna.  Selain itu nama Purwa Arsana juga muncul di lima banjar lainnya, yakni Banjar Bencingah, Celuk Kangin, Geria, Dukuh Tengah, dan Banjar Samuh  yang disebut-sebut menjadi banjar binaan Mustika Jaya. Melihat hasil pencalonan  tersebut, Purwa Arsana dipastikan bakal melenggang menjadi Kelian Desa Adat Bugbug, menggantikan Wayan Mas Suyasa. Pemilihan Kelian Desa Adat Bugbug yang melibatkan anggota Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Bali dan Fraksi Golkar DPRD Karangasem,  juga menjadi ajang  pemanasan Pilkada Karangasem 9 Desember mendatang.  Pasalnya, baik Purwa Arsana  maupun Komang Mustika Jaya memiliki arah dukungan yang berbeda dalam Pilkada nanti.
