Note to self - take more pics like these lol Funny how for most of my career it was only about the food but now it's how do I get the best angle lol Chefs are now 'professional' photographers. In all seriousness, were not. Cant speak for anybody else but I'm not. I just try to find the most 'instaworthy' pic out of the 20 pictures of the same plate lol.
