Every once in a while I see a Dungeon Meshi fan say something like "we need a spinoff series about Laios being a freak" and I need everyone to know that that series exists and it's called Kemono Michi
Is the main character literally Laios? No. Is he spiritually Laios in basically every way? Absolutely, and he is living the kind of buff autistic freak life Laios dreams of. Laios would write this show as an unironic self-insert fantasy.
It is of the utmost importance that you do not read a synopsis for Kemono Michi before watching the first episode, because if you don't know what's about to happen it will be the funniest 10mins of your life
