First, your kemonomimi headband and tail acted as your jinki. You can either fully transform into your Kemonomimi form, like Guita, or just gain the features and abilities of your Kemonomimi. This can give you things like super hearing, a powerful sense of smell, enhanced strength, and other abilities depending on what kind of Kemonomimi you are.
Though most of it was great, you could get overstimulated pretty easily, especially around August.
Most of the time, you didn't mind. It was only really annoying once in a while.
August loved watching you use your abilities and seeing all the different ways you used them. He thought it was awesome.
He also liked playing with your tail, tugging and fidgeting with it like it was his personal stress toy. And he thought it was adorable. Even your Kemonomimi ears weren't safe from him.
Honestly, none of you were. He loved everything about you, and your Kemonomimi traits were just an added bonus.
He loved making clothes tailored to your Kemonomimi. Somehow, he always found a way to make every outfit stand out while still looking natural. He was honestly an insane genius when it came to fashion.
One of his favorite things to make for you was clip-on accessories for your Kemonomimi headband. Little charms, ribbons, earrings—anything that could give it a bit more pizzazz.
Though some of his outfits were... something else. A few of them had more skin showing than actual fabric, and he'd proudly say, "This is what creativity at its finest looks like!"
He never designed them to be pervy or anything like that. He genuinely believed they suited you and brought out your best features.
One of the best outfits he ever made for you was a winter outfit that made you look like a little warm fluffball. It quickly became one of your favorites, mostly because he used your favorite colors instead of focusing solely on what he thought was the perfect color scheme.
The first time he saw you without your Kemonomimi headband and tail was near the beginning of your relationship. To say he was stunned would be an understatement.
He knew they were your Jinki and that they weren't actually a part of your body, but he had never really stopped to think about it before.
The moment he saw you without them, he just stared and slowly let out a long, drawn out, "Whaaaaaaat?"
It wasn't loud just full of pure confusion and disbelief.
After that, he spent nearly an hour rubbing your bare head like it was some kind of crystal ball.
You had no idea why he was acting like this. It was just a head. You had one before, too.
