This. This made me so emotional. And so happy. If someone does this to me, I'll be so happy I'll probably cry, because that is so considerate, such a sweet gesture. It will genuinely take away my fear, my nervousness. I'mma do this to my people if they get nervous/worried🔼

Also they're so cute and comfortable...and goofy and funny....and genuine and sweet.

Shirosaki's goofiness is contagious, his warmth, kindness and sweet nature is also contagious.🔼

When towards the end, Momose makes that ad for the aquarium and they go over there to pay their respects, and Momose is reminded of his old boss Kurono because of some cafe and then he does some self reflection that "he still hasn't moved on from all of that? What is he doing?" It's so real, because you do feel like that, all such things and feelings, and then comes Shirosaki☀️, the support and the encouragement he gives, and the consideration he has for Momose by simply being there, that's all one needs at times, and Momose realises that he indeed has come a long way from all of that which happened and that he's going to become strong. That part is so real, and the encouragement really helps. The acknowledgement of having such feelings, and that it's okay to have them.

Honestly, the way they've portrayed trauma is also really good. We can see throughout how Momose and his body react to some of the most simple interactions. And how through better and proper and considerate surroundings he overcomes it while sometimes still being tormented by the past. The trauma cannot just disappear, it will sometimes pop up, but Shirosaki notices those small things and tries to be there in some way he can. A little support and consideration goes a long long way.

Loved the anime, but it felt like BL in disguise. But even if it's not like that, it's still the cutest sweetest bromance type of bond they share.
