SWIPE 👆 for a video of the 360° views from Kendall Katwalk! This is along the PCT, north of Snoqualmie Pass, and is absolutely stunning. STORY TIME! 📖🤭📖🤭📖 I was walking along this portion of trail and kept hearing this whistling. After a couple of minutes, I starting thinking it was an emergency whistle. About that time, I came across a couple of packs on the ground next to the trail, but no one around. For about 90 seconds, I was totally convinced someone had fallen and was trapped out on a ledge somewhere, and I'm scrambling and wracking my brain about the best plan of action to take to get them help. Then from seemingly out of nowhere, a couple walks right up to claim their packs. I told them about my mild freak out and then pointed out the whistle I was hearing. They laughed at me before informing, "That's just the marmots!"
