Nyasha Joseph (22) had only been a Police Constable for fourth months in Port of Spain, the capital city of Trinidad and Tobago, when she disappeared. The last time she was seen was on March 9, 2017, and when she didn’t arrive at work the next day she was reported missing.

An intense search ensued, but Nyasha’s body was found by pure chance by a fisherman working in the Gulf of Paria on the afternoon of March 15. Nyasha had been stuffed into a bag and had bricks tied around her to make sure she stayed submerged, but her body got tangled with the fisherman’s net and that’s how she was pulled out of the water. Because of the decomposition of the body, it wasn’t possible to determine a cause of death, but she had wounds in her neck and face that made it clear it had been a violent struggle.

Almost as soon as she went missing, police took in a man called Kenneth Browne, who had been romantically involved at some point with Nyasha but sources say the relationship was over. They also arrested Melissa Browne, Kenneth’s ex wife who’d reportedly had a falling out with Nyasha a few days before her disappearance. Both were charged with murder and Kenneth also with disposing of her body and have to be in court on April 18. It’s still unclear the motive of the murder and how it went down.

Another of Kenneth Browne's fine illustrations from 'Traffic In Towns', a 1963 attempt to solve the problems of urban congestion. A much vaunted idea was the separation of people (and their homes, offices and shops) from the traffic below.

In July of 2017 I was hired as part of a team of 3 shooters to create content for Amadeus River Cruises. Over the course of 22 days we filmed the interiors and the guest experience of 4 ships while also showcasing the architecture, cultural & tourism offerings of over 30 cities, towns and villages through The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary & France. This video is a snapshot of the epic drone footage I captured on this European adventure.
