I started at minimum. $7.25. And when I quit, after my second raise, I was making $7.53. My aunt also works there and one of her raises was only 5 cents.. But I definitely miss my colored hair! My current job doesn't allow it.

Ah okay. That sucks :/ I’ll definitely look at other places, that’s not a good wage/raise.

I just saw that ask where you told your anon you were gonna apply at kohls. I worked there for two years, and I had blue hair for a while when I was there so I'm pretty sure they allow it. It still might depend on your store manager. However, j wouldn't really recommend working there as they pay very little and you have a lot of responsibility, and few people working at one time. so it's definitely a lot of work. It was a good first job for me, I just don't think it's a good long term job.

I read that they don’t mind hair colors, which is why I’d like to apply. I’m still kind of looking around. How little do they pay? I don’t plan to work there for longer than like 2 years, probably.

i miss getting on tumblr, which is kinda sad. i used to spend hours on end here. everyone is so funny, and for the most part, nice. and they're all geniuses. they somehow manage to find out anything and everything before the rest of the world. i always felt like i was ahead of the game cause i was following all those people and would know before anyone i knew.

anyways, i just want to blog more. tell about my life. have an outlet. even if no one reads it, its still good for me.
