Katie Dylan

Kenny’s younger sister and Max’s girlfriend, Katie is sharp tongued and sarcastic, fiercely independent and rebellious. Katie, like her brother, was pushed hard by her parents and the two often felt separated from their family. In school they would often say it was ‘them against the world.’ This made it all the more heartbreaking for Katie when Kenny descended into darkness, abandoning their relationship.

Kenny Dylan AKA Stingray

The former best friend of Max Green went under experimental surgery and emerged with the ability to channel electricity through his body. At first he attempted to use his abilities for good, just like Max, but after accidentally electrocuting someone he was fighting, something inside him changed. The power he wielded got to his head and he became the super villain known as Stingray. He can not attack someone unless he makes physical contact with their skin.

His power(s): Electricity Manipulation
