things to do with dissociative disorders that aren’t talked about enough:

- the most horrible migraines you can think of

- body dysphoria

- CONSTANT denial

- the pain of having to figure out who new alters are and how they got there

- not being able to tell even the people closest to you cause of how much it’s been sterotyped

- the Disorder Police(TM) coming for you the millisecond you stray from the stereotypes

- not being able to tell therapists and doctors due to fear of being called crazy (this one might just be me idk)

bless my dumbass cat. the way kenny always interacts with new cats is:

1. spend 1-2 days hissing nonstop at them, ambiently near them, at the world, etc

2. decide he's actually curious and maybe even wants to play

3. begin to follow the new cat around howling at the top of his lungs

4. corner the new cat continuing to howl. no aggression in his body language, mind, just yelling. his specific "i want to play with you please please please" yell. no animal besides me knows what this yell means

5. ????

6. profit

except naturally every other cat is like ...whats your deal and kenny just never learns from this. socially inept animal. anyway i have to separate him from the fox now bc he's in the following around and yelling phase and its testing the foxs patience (which is notable to me bc the fox did not react at all to kenny hissing or growling!)
