Could barely make it through breakfast
I feel stuffed. It can't take me an hour to eat my meals now. It's only been two days. Where is my appetite!
So keto fans...
I have heard #fatbombs are good but I think I just created something beautiful. It's a frozen orange fat bomb and it taste just like a creamsicle.
In other news I just finished my run and cool down and grocery run. Running (or speedwalking...whatever) is great because it offers such great mental clarity. On my run I told myself that even though today wasn't a great keto day that it's alright because I did my best and that is all I could offer the world today. I stopped and bought some fish fillets and am eating a frozen fat bomb. Life is good.
Also, think I am 3 seconds away from breaking up with my boyfriend. We'll see!

If at first you don't succeed
So yesterday was my first day full keto and while -it was not a glamorous success story and I have keto flu I made it and I have decided to give cream cheese pancakes another go!
I am live blogging from my apartment. Here goes nothing.
Ummm.....I think I'm doing it wrong
I made my first keto breakfast today. There were cream cheese pancakes, ham, and eggs. I think I did the pancakes wrong though because I didn't have a blender so I believe the consistency of the batter being wrong made the whole thing off. The texture of the pancake was rubbery and....ehhhh. I am sure I just will make them better with time.
Still looking forward to breakfast though. I remain optomistic
